Gulf Choice Chana Dal Besan
 
The Chana (Gram) used to manufacture Chana Dal and Besan. The premium quality of Chana (Gram) selected states of India. Strict quality control standards are laid for procurement of Chana (Gram), which is carried out by our experienced personnel. After cleaning of chana in the pre-cleaners they are stored in silos having a capacity of 5000 tons and thereafter the Chana (Gram). Then the chana is graded according to its size and use and sent for further processing. Through yet another sophisticated process of splitting raw dal is formed and Second level cleaning is done again in high tech machines to remove the unsplit grains as well as the other impurities. The result is gold like sparkling and clean Chana dal, which is then grounded using the pulverizers.

Finally we grind the Dal through the pulverizers to make Besan and thereafter it is packed through automatic machines in attractive food grade poly pouches.

Types of Gulf Choice Besan:

Patent Blue, Microfine granule:
This is the fine premium quality besan that reaches out to millions of households through a wide range of eatables such as Dhokla, fafra, dalmoth and sohnpapri.

Gulf Choice, Fine granule:
This is used extensively in the preparation of Namkeens and Besan Roti.

Gulf Choice Black, Semifine granule:
This is the most popular variety of gram flour available for domestic consumption and is used in making karhi, pakora, chilla, gatte, besan laddu (non boondi type) and besan roti.

Gulf Choice Red, Coarse granule: This is used for making boondi laddu, boondi raita and various namkeen mxtures.

Gulf Choice Red, Semicoarse granule:
